BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.
We completely understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
With 48+ hours notice: Your booking fee can be fully transferred to a future appointment.
With less than 48 hours notice: The booking fee will be forfeited to cover the salon's time.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: The booking fee is forfeited, and a charge of 100% of the remaining service balance may apply before a new booking can be made.
